DESIGN FACTORY is a new platform for discussion and exchange in the field of architecture and design. In the series we will share the best practices, experiences and challenges and discuss trends and issues with experts and professionals. We will focus on topics related to the quality of urban spaces in order to work for a higher standard in the design of the public environment in our country.
THE THEME OF THE FIRST EVENT IS...
We showcased good examples from Bulgaria and saw presentations from their creators and designers.
There were lectures on the latest innovations and technologies in urban lighting and discuss our experience in urban furnishing.
We discussed the regulatory framework at national level to step up to date and stimulate the next steps in the development of the urban environment in Bulgaria.
The event took place in the magnificent building of Stochna Station. Specially for the occasion, it was transformed with installations of contemporary lighting and furnishings by experts in the field – CDD, Light Factor and LICHTKOMPETENZ – driven by the idea that it takes knowledge and attitude to present and develop our cultural heritage and public buildings and spaces in the best way.
